(BigPen, Rotterdam) The Delta State House of Assembly has approved the loan request of N1 billion (One Billion Naira) for the Delta State Government to enable it access the Universal Basic Education Fund. The N1billion naira is the 50% counter-part contribution of Delta State Government required to access the N2 Billion naira fund provided by the Federal Government for the development of Basic Education in the country.
