Elumelu Restates Aniocha North Position To Fully Deliver Oborevwori, Chinye For Second Tenure

Immediate past Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, has commended the Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye, for the construction and commissioning of the Issele-Uku Modern Market and the Onicha-Uku Community Town Hall in Aniocha North Local Government Area, Delta State.

Elumelu spoke with Journalists on Thursday, May 15, 2025 in Onicha-Uku after the Commissioning of Issele-Uku Modern Market and the Onicha-Uku Community Town Hall

The Wife of the State Governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, commissioned the legacy projects executed by Hon Emmanuel Bazim Chinye’s-led administration.

According to Rt. Hon. Elumelu, the projects demonstrated Hon. Emma Chinye’s commitment to reciprocating the trust and investment of the electorate.

Elumelu maintained that the Issele-Uku Modern Market and Onicha-Uku Community Town Hall projects have brought joy and more smiles to the people of Aniocha North, demonstrating the impact of effective leadership and community-focused initiatives of the Hon Chinye’s Administration.

He restated the position of the people of Aniocha North in the endorsement of Hon. Emmanuel Bazim Chinye for a second tenure, citing his benevolent leadership and commitment to adding value to humanity.

The former Minority Leader appreciated the Governor’s Wife and members of her entourage that included the wife of the Deputy Governor of the State, Ezinne Catherine Onyeme for finding time, not only to commission the Issele-Uku Modern Market, but also the Onicha-Uku Community Town Hall.

While urging traders to utilize the modern market to provide quality and affordable goods to the people, Elumelu also urged the people of Onicha-Uku to maintain the newly reconstructed and refurnished Community Town Hall and utilize it for community development.

Speaking on the performance of the State Governor for a period of two years, Rt. Hon. Elumelu praised Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for his excellent performance within two years in office.

He expressed admiration for the Governor’s hands-on approach to ensuring that projects are executed to standard.

“We believe in his leadership, and Aniocha North has resolved to support, work fully and deliver him for a second term,” Rt. Hon. Elumelu assured.

He prayed to God to grant the Governor continued strength and good health to complete his full two tenures successfully.
