He spoke on Saturday in a brief chat with journalists in Effurun, Delta State.

BigPen Online reports that the All Progressives Congress Chieftain, while reacting to questions from newsmen, said it was too early to comment critically on the allegations to whether the Governor was operating a ‘blank budget’ or not saying only time will tell.

When asked as a leader of the opposition party, APC in the state what his party was doing to prod the state government to produce the budget to clear all doubt, Ogboru said that the APC as a party would react when it becomes clear that the allegations are genuine adding that for now they are watching how things play out.
