Buhari Adopts New Approach To Education, Ups Teachers Pay, Year Of Service

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday embraced a new approach to public education, approving a special salary scale for teachers.

BIGPEN reports that President Buhari also increased the years of service for teachers from 35 to 40 years.

The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, announced this Monday in a speech he read while representing the President at an event.
