Nigeria Records 239 New Cases Of COVID-19, More Deaths

Nigeria has recorded additional 239 new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) from 15 states and the Federal Capital Territory, bringing a total of 4151 cases in the country – out of which 745 have been discharged from hospital and 128 deaths recorded so far.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) which confirmed this Saturday night, gives the figures of the new cases as follow:

  • 29-Kano
  • 19-Katsina
  • 17-Borno
  • 7-FCT
  • 6-Kwara
  • 5-Oyo
  • 3-Kaduna
  • 3-Sokoto
  • 2-Adamawa
  • 2-Kebbi
  • 2-Plateau
  • 2-Ogun
  • 1-Ekiti
