In a major breakthrough for grassroot infrastructure development, Ika North East Local Government, under the watch of Hon Victor Ebonka,(Esq.), is set to commission an ultra-modern hall and office complex built by it.

The event is set for 10am at the Local Government Secretariat, Owa-Oyibu, on December 29, 2023

The complex is designed to warehouse an ultra-modern multi-purpose hall and offices for the echelon of the management of the local government.

Ebonka, who is the state Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria, ALGON, and its National Legal Adviser, who broke news of the upcoming event, said the hall has the capacity to accommodate in excess of 500 persons at a time, and is equipped with the state-of-the-art facilities to provide the right ambience for meetings for the local government staff as well as serve as venue for other events.

Ebonka disclosed that the complex would be commissioned by the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

The event is expected to attract the cream of society, including royal fathers, especially His Royal Majesty, Dr Emmanuel Efeizomor 11, the Obi of Owa, in whose domain the complex is located.
