BREAKING: Former Amnesty Boss, Dokubo Dies At 70

A former Presidential Amnesty Programme, Professor Charles Dokubo, is reportedly dead.

Dokubo died on Wednesday night at undisclosed hospital in Abuja, according to multiple sources.

The deceased who hailed from Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local government of Rivers state, was 70 years.
