The Senator Hope Uzodinma-led Edo State All Progressive Congress (APC) Governorship Primary Election Committee, has declared Ize-Iyamu winner of the Edo direct primary election.

Announcing the results at the State collation centre. the Imo state governor, Uzodinma said that Ize-yamu polled a total of 27,838 votes to defeat Dr. Pius Odubu who scored 3,776 and Osaro Obazee who got 2,751 votes.
