Okowa’s Aide, Marine Boat Owners Congratulate Him On His Reelection

The Special Assistant on Marine Transport to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Comrade Samson Timbowei has congratulated the governor on his reelection for second term of office.

Timbowei, in a statement on Saturday said that Governor Okowa deserved a reelection following his numerous developmental strides in the state.

He also salute the deputy governor, Kingsley Otuaro for being a loyal and committed deputy to Governor Okowa who he described as “amiable, indefatigable, enigmatic, charismatic and most ebullient”.

Timbowei who used the medium to also conveyed the felicitation of Ferry Boat Owners Transport Union to the governor, said “We heartly congratulate our Governor, His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on his resounding and landslide victory at the 2019 Governorship election.

“Your Excellency Sir, your overwhelming endorsement for a second term by Deltans, is a manifestation of the people for your resounding achievements and amazing transformation of the State within the past three and half years of your excellence service to the State.

“Sir, we the Ferry Boat Owners Transport Union have loudly spoken and acknowledged your good works through our votes. And Deltans have spoken of your good work, commitment to duty and we have no doubt that the people are yet to see the best of you.

“We wish you God’s grace, guidance and protection as you set to take Delta State to the land of opportunities and prosperity in the next four years.

“We also use this medium to congratulate deltans and the PDP family for the show of unity, we salute our amiable Deputy Governor Barrister Kingsley Burutu Otuaro for showing that you are a true son of Izon Land. We members of the union will never depart from you”.
