Ritualist Beheads Another Girl, 12 In Ibori’s Country Home

Report reaching BigPen Online indicates that a 12 year old girl simply identified as Eguono has been found beheaded in the early hours of Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the country home of former governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori.

Details of the incident were still sketchy as at press time but local sources disclosed that the incident took place in a compound close to Okwemeva Junction along the Scott Road area in Ogharefe, Oghara.

Sympathizers were seen surrounding the corpse at the early hours of Thursday when the news filtered to town.

Sources said that the perpetrators may have fled the scene on sighting passerby hence the severed human head was dumped alongside the lifeless body.

As at press time, men of the Oghara police division have taken the corpse of the deceased girl away.

Oghara community in Ethiope West Local Council Area which play host to several oil companies tank farms, Navy Logistic headquarter, Mobile Police barrack and a Divisional Police headquarter has become notorious for cases of ritual killings.
