JUST IN: Court Reinstates Imo Deputy Governor, Madumere

The Imo State Deputy Governor, Eze Madumere has been reinstated by an Imo State High Court.
Reports say Mr Madumere was reinstated by an Owerri court which ruled on Tuesday that the removal did not follow due process.
The court which nullified the earlier impeachment had ordered Mr Madumere to continue in office as deputy governor.
BigPen Online recalls that Madumere was removed controversially from office by Imo State House of Assembly members over a political dispute with Governor Rochas Okorocha.
The successor battle in Imo state was the genesis of the crisis between Okorocha who want his son-in-law, Uche Nwosu to succeed him against Madumere who is also jostling for the seat.
