Delta Govt Dissolved Post-Primary Education Board

The Delta State Government has dissolved Post-Primary Education Board in the state.

A statement signed by Secretary to the State Government, Hon. Ovie Festus Agas on Thursday, said all members of the board stand dissolved.

While thanking the former members for the meritorious services to the state, the statement urged them to hand-over all government properties in their possession to the Permanent Secretary of the Board for proper record keeping.

“I wish to announce for the information of the general public and especially, the various stakeholders in the education sub-sector that the full membership of the Post-Primary Education Board has been dissolved.

“I convey the appreciation of the government and people of Delta State to the former Chairman and members of the Board for their meritorious service to the State which has helped government to achieve very significant milestones in the education sub-sector.

“In line with due process, the former Board Members are hereby advised to hand-over all government properties in their possession to the Permanent Secretary of the Board for proper record keeping.

“The State Government wishes them continuing success in their future endeavours, please, the statement added.
