Omo-Agege: Thank You, Everyone, I Am Loyal To You Even To My Most Vicious Of Critics

Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege has expressed thanks to Nigerians for the support, good wishes and constant prayers which culminated with numerous congratulatory messages since his emergence as Deputy Senate President of the 9th Senate.

Omo-Agege who had earlier visited President Muhammadu Buhari after his election as DSP where he genuflected in the Urhobo native manners of greeting, assured Nigerians, his Delta Central senatorial district people, Delta state and South South geopolitical zone of his unflinching loyalty even to the most vicious of critics.

The message he wrote on his facebook page read: “My dear friends, constituents, good people of Delta State, and Nigeria, I say a big thank you to each and every one of you for your constant prayers and good wishes which have been streaming on this page by way of congratulatory messages, since my emergence and subsequent swearing-in as the Deputy Senate President of the 9th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“I wish I can respond to each of you individually. But let me use this medium to do so and wish you well in all your endeavours. Thank you for your kind wishes and heartfelt thoughts, they are much appreciated.

“Rest assured of my unflinching loyalty even to the most vicious of critics; that is democracy and of course, very people oriented representation and robust leadership. May God bless and prosper you all and your families”.
