Warri Correspondents Chapel Of NUJ Eulogizes Ovie Of Idjerhe Kingdom On 4th Coronation Anniversary
The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Warri Correspondents’ Chapel has felicitated with His Royal Majesty (HRM), Obukohwo Monday Whiskey, Udurhie 1, Ovie of Idjerhe Kingdom on his fourth coronation anniversary.
This was contained in a congratulatory message signed by Comrade Victor Okpomor, Chairman of the chapel and Comrade Edeki Igafe, Secretary respectively, on Monday.
The statement reads; “Your Majesty, we acknowledge your immense contributions to the growth of our Chapel, the Idjerhe kingdom and Delta State.
“We pray the Almighty God that brought you unto the stool of your forebear will continue to uphold you with the strength, wisdom and knowledge to rule your kingdom.
“As a Chapel, we assure you of our continuous support on the throne.
The statement, however urged the revered monarch not to give in to antics of distractors but rather focus on the cause of driving your dreams to better the lots of your subjects in particular, the state and country at large.
“As you mark this fourth anniversary on the throne, we pray God to continue to grant you wisdom and understanding to pilot the affairs of Idjerhe Kingdom.
“We wish you long life and prosperity in good health as you continue to reign in your stool”.
“Once again, congratulations”.
