Former Minister Olu Agunloye Remanded In Kuje Prison On Fraud Charges

Olu Agunloye

Olu Agunloye, a former Minister of Power and Steel, has been placed in the Kuje Correctional Service following his arraignment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on charges of fraud related to the Mambilla Power Project.

Agunloye pleaded not guilty to the charges during his appearance in the Federal High Court in Abuja.

The judge ruled that Agunloye should remain in custody until bail is granted.
