The deceased reportedly killed by cultists

Armed men suspected to be cultists have reportedly killed a yet-to-be identified young man in Essi Layout, Warri South council area of Delta state.

BIGPENNGR reports that the deceased was found dead Saturday morning after being killed on Friday night apparently by a rival cult group.
The deceased was found in a dirty path way lying on a pool of his blood with matchete cuts on his forehead and arms.
Witness disclosed that several shots had rented the air as the cultists engaged in a supremacy battle on Friday night.
Recalls that a cult clash between Vikings and Eiye confraternity had in last year December left one person died in the same Iyara-Essi layout of Warri.
It was not clear if the renewed cult clash was a spill over from the last year confrontation by the cult groups.
State Police Public Relation Officer, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed the incident.
