A 16-year-old teenager, identified as Precious, has revealed how he was arrested by operatives of Amotekun allegedly for raping his brother’s wife and nine girls in Ondo State.
On Friday, November 11, 2022, the suspect was paraded before newsmen and later confessed to the crime during an interview with journalists.
He disclosed that he forced himself on his brother’s wife after finding her sleeping naked in her room. He went on to describe how he sexually assaulted nine girls, who ranged in age from 19 to 25.
He said, “In Laosun, I have raped nine girls. Some of them are 19 or 25 years, and at night, I will go into their rooms and start sleeping with them. I do not use guns or knives to threaten them. Sometimes I would be caught and they would beat me and leave me.
“I have been arrested before. I was arrested for stealing 25 litres of palm oil. I wanted to gather money to use to buy a phone. I came to the house and saw my brother’s wife sleeping naked. I went into the room and slept with her.”
The state commander of Amotekun, Adetunji Adeleye, according to Daily Independent while speaking to reporters disclosed that the suspect would soon be charged to court.
