Supporters of leading Akwa Ibom state gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Obong Akan Udofia, were in wild jubilation upon his arrival in Uyo, the state’s capital, on Wednesday.

Obong Udofia who arrived ahead of the APC gubernatorial primary election on Thursday, in high spirits, said he was confident of emerging as the party’s flagbearer in the state after the exercise.
