Panic Over Gas Pipeline Leakage In Delta Community

A gas pipeline leakage has been reported in Mosogar, along the Warri/Benin Expressway in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.

BIGPENNGR.COM understands the leakage stems from rustic pipeline, had caused panic in the sleepy community as some residents abandoned their homes for fear of fire outbreak.

Local sources disclosed that there was an explosion which reportedly shook buildings in the community resulting from the leaked gas pipeline.

But when contacted, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe earlier confirmed that the gas pipeline exploded as a result of leakage. “They said it is not vandalization. They said it’s pipeline leakage that caused it.”
