BREAKING!! Buhari’s Top Critic, Junaid Mohammed, Is Dead

Second Republic member of the House of Representatives from Kano State, northern Nigeria, Junaid Mohammed, is dead.

BIGPENNGR.COM understands Dr Mohammed died in his home in Kano, northern Nigeria after suffering a brief illness.

Family sources said that his corpse would be received for burial on Friday.

The Soviet-trained medical doctor was elected to the National Assembly in 1979 on the platform of the Peoples Redemption Party.

The late Mohammed, was a top critic of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Bashir Ahmad, the Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari confirmed the news on the micro-blogging site, Twitter.

The Presidential aide wrote: “Just saw it on Facebook that Dr. Junaid Mohammed has passed away. Oh Allah, people are dying in numbers these days, when our time comes, may Allah accept us, forgive our shortcomings and comfort our family and friends. Allah ya jikan Dr. Junaid Mohammed, Ya bawa iyalan sa hakuri.”
