JUST IN: Buhari In ‘Emergency Meeting’ With Obasanjo, Jonathan, Other Nigeria Former Leaders

Following growing wave of insecurity and turmoil resulting from #EndSARS protest, President Muhammadu Buhari, has called ’emergency meeting’ of former Head of State and Presidents of Nigeria.
The meeting was called on the instance of President Buhari at the presidential villa, Saturday.
BIGPEN reports that although the agenda of the meeting is yet to be unveil, presidential sources revealed that issues bothering on the current security situation in the country are believed to top the agenda.

Sources said that the meeting would hold virtually because some former Nigerian leaders cannot physically be presence.
Among those in the meeting with President Buhari at the villa are Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retd.); Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Olanisakin; Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu; Director-General, Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi; and Director-General, National Intelligence Agency, Ahmed Rufai, among others.
Those participating virtually include General Yakubu Gowon (retd.); former President Olusegun Obasanjo; Gen Abdulsalami Abubakar (retd.); former President Goodluck Jonathan and Chief Ernest Shonekan.
