Police Kills 3 Armed Robbers In Warri

The police in Ebrumede, near Warri, Delta State has gunned down three suspected armed robbers during an ensued gun duel.

It was learnt that a Police Patrol Team led by one Insp. Yaya from the Ebrumede Police Divisional in Uvwie Local Government Area of the state killed the suspects at about 9:45pm on Tuesday October 24.

The suspect, our source said were operating with a tricycle with Registration Number: GUE822QA at the time when they sighted the Police Patrol Team and opened fire but were quickly repelled.

BigPen Online learnt that in the ensuing confrontation, the police gunned down three suspects in an exchange of fire while one escaped along express road near the popular Effurun roundabout.

The Police however recovered from the suspects, two locally pistols, two live ammunitions.
