Police Confirm Rescue Of Remaining Four Abducted RCCG Ministers
The Ogun State Police Command on Saturday confirmed rescuing the remaining four ministers of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) kidnapped on their way to the Redemption Camp on Thursday.
This is coming following the rescue of Mrs Ibelegbo Chidinma, who was also kidnapped alongside the newly rescued four ministers, according to TheNewsGuru (TNG), report.
Gunmen had kidnapped the ministers, five of them, in Ijebu-Ode while on their way from Abia State to the Redemption Camp for the church’s ministers’ conference.
The ministers are Chidioze Eluwa, Chiemela Iroha, Okoro Ohowukwe, Ndubuizi Owuabueze, including Chidinma.
Abimbola Oyeyemi, Police Public Relations Officer in the State confirmed that all the kidnapped victims were rescued unhurt from their abductors by operatives of the Command.
