BREAKING: Court Orders Rivers Chief Judge to Stay Clear of Impeachment Proceedings Against Fubara

A high court in Rivers State, located in Oyigbo, Port-Harcourt, has issued an order preventing the Chief Judge of Rivers State from accepting or acting upon an impeachment notice against Governor Siminalayi Fubara.

The notice was reportedly signed and submitted by the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, the Clerk, and 29 other assembly members, following allegations of gross misconducts against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy.
