The Supreme court has set a date to deliver its verdict which would determine the fate of former Vice President and Presidential candidate of the PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his Labour Party counter, Peter Obi, who are seeking to void the election of President Bola Tinubu

BIGPEN NIGERIA (Https://bigpenngr.com) reports that the apex court has fixed Thursday October 26 to deliver the much- awaited appeal judgment.

Spokesperson of the Nigeria’s apex court Festus Akande, has since confirmed the development.
