Court Orders INEC To Appropriately List Igbakpa As Candidate Of NNPP For Ethiope Federal

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to appropriately list Honourable Ben Igbakpa as the Candidate of the NNPP for Ethiope Federal Constituency in Saturday’s National Assembly Elections.

INEC had obviously in error, listed Ben Igbakpa for Okpe Uvwie federal Constituency .

This prompted the lawmaker to approach the Court of Appeal, which ruled in his favour.

INEC has now been served the court order and would now correctly list Honourable Ben Ibakpa on the ballot for House of Representatives as candidate of NNPP for Ethiope Federal Constituency.
