U.S Court Reportedly Orders FBI To Arrest Top Nigeria Detective, Abba Kyari

Judge Otis Wright of the US district court of California ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI to produce Mr. Kyari in the US for his alleged role in a multi-million dollar fraud.

Court documents reveal that Kyari and Abbas were both involved in a conspiracy to launder money. It was gathered that Kyari was indicted for collecting bribes from Hushpuppi to arrest a member of his fraud syndicate in Nigeria.

According to Peoples Gazzette, a court warrant to arrest Mr Kyari was requested by prosecutors on February 12, 2021 and another warrant was requested on April 29, 2021.

Judge Wright’s permission for the FBI to arrest Mr Kyari and hold him in U.S. custody was unsealed on July 26.
