BREAKING: Lagos Records Huge Drop In COVID-19 Cases As Nigeria Tally Hits 12,486

Lagos state, adjudged as epicenter of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria, on Sunday, flatten the curve, falling behind the Federal Capital Territory for the first time with as low as 38 cases from a single day test.

Abia state which has been throttling far below before topped the chant with 67 cases against FCT 40 and Lagos 38.

This was contained in a released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) this night.

The entire country had 260 new confirmed cases and 12 deaths.

The 260 new cases are reported from 19 states.

From the figures so far, Nigeria has 12,486 confirmed cases, 3,959 treated and discharged cases and 354 deaths recorded in 35 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
