JUST IN: COVID-19: 313 Test Positive In Nigeria, Five Deaths Recorded

Nigeria on Sunday recorded additional 313 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) across the country.
It also recorded five additional deaths from the initial 221 as of Saturday night.
This was contained in the statement released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) via its twitter handle this night.
Announcing the figures, NCDC said that 148 cases were recorded from Lagos, 36 from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), 27 from Rivers, 19 in Edo, 13 in Kano, while Ogun, Ebonyi, Nasarawa, Delta, and Oyo got 12, 11, 8, 8, 7 cases respectively.
NCDC, also announced that Plateau had six cases, Kaduna got 5, Kwara had four while Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa had three cases each, Niger and Anambra had two, one cases respectively.
So far, Nigeria has 7839 cases of COVID-19, with 2263 successfully treated and discharged and 226 deaths nationwide.
