Lagos Adds 70 Out Of 86 New Cases, Swell Nigeria’s COVID-19 Figures To 627

Lagos state, adjudged as the epicenter of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria, on Sunday, reported 70 tested positive out of 86 daily test results, bringing a total of 627 cases across the country.

Other cases recorded are: FCT 7, Katsina has 3, Akwa Ibom 3, Jigawa 1, Bauchi 1 and Borno 1.

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) which released the figures, Sunday night, 21 death has so far been recorded for the virus while 170 previously positive cases has been treated and discharged from isolation centres across the country.
