BREAKING: Imo Serving Senator Dies In A Bathtub In Abuja

Benjamin Uwajumogu, who rose from being a pioneer Chairman of the Social Democratic Party for Ihitte/Uboma LGA at age 25 in 1990 to become a senator, died on Wednesday. He was 54.
Uwajumogu reportedly died while taking his bath Wednesday morning in his residence at Apo Legislative Quarters in Abuja.
He was said to have slump and was rushed to a private hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The former Imo state House of Assembly Speaker was a serving Imo North Senatorial District senator.
His colleague at the red chamber and Imo West Senatorial District senator, Rochas Okorocha earlier confirmed the death to newsmen in Abuja.
