BREAKING: Delta Elections Appeal Panel Dissolved

The Delta State Elections Appeal Panel sitting in Benin, Edo state has been dissolved, BIGPEN Online can report.

It was not clear what led to the dissolution but sources hinted that the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa is expected to constitute a new panel soon.

Our source disclosed that once a new panel is constituted, date for hearing of appeals would be announced.

BIGPEN Online could not immediate ascertained if the governorship as well as senate appeal panel were also part of the dissolved panel but sources said that those who went for House of Representatives elections appeal cases were disappointed and turned back because of the dissolution.
