Published

on

Embattled Global Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, has resigned from preaching the gospel in the church.

His resignation which was announced in his Instagram page would enable him take stock of recent happening in the church concerning the rape allegation levelled against him by Busola Dakolo, celebrity photographer and wife of singer, Timi Dakolo.

Fatoyinbo said he is taking leave of absence from the pulpit of the church for the interest of the floor of Christ so that issues concerning him do not become a distraction to their worship of the Lord.

BIGPEN Online recalls that hundreds of angry Nigerians had on Sunday laid siege to the church, protesting the rape scandal and calling for Fatoyinbo’s resignation as pastor of the church.
