BREAKING: Rivers APC To Be On The Ballot Box, As Appeal Court Grants APC’s Stay Of Execution

The Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt has granted the appeal filed by the APC for a Stay of Execution of the lower court order restraining the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from recognizing any APC candidate in Rivers State for the general elections.

BigPen Online reports that with the ruling, the River State APC can now feature a candidate on the INEC ballot box against the judgment of Justice J.K Omotosho which had in a suit filed by Senator Magnus Abe bared INEC from accepting any candidate standing for election on the platform of the APC.
