Itsekiri Leader, Ayomike Dies At 90

Itsekiri leader and renowned historian, Pa. Johnson Oritsegbubemi Sunday Ayomike, popular known as Pa J O S Ayomike is dead.

He died this night around 9:pm at a private hospital on Warri, Delta state.

The deceased younger brother, Joe Ayomike, who confirmed the passage in a terse statement on Wednesday night
said that the former leader of Itsekiri apex socio-cultural umbrella, Itsekiri Leaders of Thought died at the age of 90.

“Pa J O S Ayomike has just passed on peacefully in a Warri private hospital at about 9pm today (Wednesday) 4th October, 2017. He was aged 90 on April 7th, 2017”, the statement read.
