ARMY Vs IPOB: Crisis Erupts In Jos, As Hausa, Igbo Clash

Latest information indicates that an ethnic clash has engulfed Northern Nigeria between the Hausa and Igbo communities in Jos, the Plateau State capital.
The crisis followed the military offensive against Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, in the Southeastern part of Nigeria where the army is conducting an operation codenamed “python dance”.
Daily Times reports that several people have been injured along Rwang Pam street, an area said to be dominated by Igbos, after some Hausas tried to avenge the “killings” in SE around Chobe/Atili and Rwang Pam streets, and Ahmadu Bello Way.
The newspaper report that police and other security officials are trying to arrest the situation.
