  The controversy over who becomes the new Ologbotsere of Warri Kingdom has been laid to rest. This followed the formal installation of Warri-based business man, Chief Ayirimi Emami as Ologbotsere of Warri kingdom, (Traditional Prime Minister) by Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ikenwoli. BigPen Online recalls that the coveted position had been vacant for over 30 years. The Ologbotsere is next in ranking to the Olu, followed by the Iyatsere and the Uwangue in hierarchy in the Kingdom. For allegedly stealing the sum of one hundred and seventy naira, as well as robbing his victims of a Nokia handset valued at five thousand naira, a Delta State High Court sitting at Ozoro has sentenced a 38 year old farmer, Francis Williams to death by hanging. The Court presided over by Honourable Justice A.O. Akpovi sentenced the 38 year old farmer to death having found him guilty of the charge of armed robbery punishable under section (1(2)(a) of the robbery and firearms (Special Provision) Act Cap RII Volume 14 Laws of the Federation , 2004.
