UN Ambassador and FOWEG Executive Hails Senator Nwoko As Anioma Icon, Nigeria Pride
United Nations Eminent Ambassador and Pioneer Director, International Forum for Women in Energy Oil and Gas (FOWEG), Ambassador Dr. Mrs. Ogochuku Okekpolo, has described Senator Dr. Ned Nwoko, as an Anioma icon, Nigeria’s Pride Personified.
Ambassador Okekpolo made the commendation during a delegation visit to the Senator at the National Assembly Abuja recently.
She stated that Dr. Nwoko’s proactive efforts and unwavering dedication, motivation, and influence have had a profound impact on Anioma Nation, highlighting his crucial role in promoting economic development and inspiring numerous individuals.
Dr. Okekpolo stressed that promoting economic development is a crucial responsibility of governance, as it directly impacts the well-being and prosperity of citizens.
She implored the Senator to maintain these standards and continue his good work, reaffirming FOWEG’s commitment to supporting good governance.
In his remarks, Senator Nwoko expressed his appreciation, recognizing Dr. Ogochuku Okekpolo as a member of his constituency.
