Veteran Nigerian Journalist, Shola O’neil Shines With NMMA Environment Reporter Of The Year Award

South South regional Editor of the Nation newspaper, Mr.Shola O’neil, has won the prestigious 2023 Nigeria Media Merit Award (NMMA), shining in Environment Reporting category with a story titled ‘Soot Armageddon: Soot, death in Niger Delta air’.

The well written story by the award-winning journalist top the chant in the category.

Shola O’Neil won the NAFCON Prize for Environment Reporter beating Ogundepo of The PUNCH and Ujorha Tadaferua of Daily Trust.
