Delta South: Uduaghan: God Forgive Those On The Left

Published

on

Immediate past governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan has drawn a border line between those rooting for his candidature and those against him.

Uduaghan, who is a Delta South Senatorial District APC candidate put the people into categories, describing “A” as “those on the left” and category “B” as “many on the right”.

From his postulation, those rooting for his candidature outweigh those against it, saying however that his hope has been rekindled by the “major stakeholders” on the “right wing” and together, the people of Delta South would experience quality representation in the Senate.

BigPen Online gathered that Uduaghan spoke about the left wingers apparently referring to one Palmer Ogheneyole Nathaniel who penned an embarrassing article which he termed as “sponsored” against his ambition few days ago which was greeted with wide condemnation.

According to him, the leftists are forgiven, speaking specifically about one from the lot, and prayed; “A:: For Those On The Left: Lord forgive the young man and his sponsors, for he is condemned to a world of ignorance and blackmail”.

Waxing stronger however, Uduaghan assured the rightists of bountiful harvest as equal stakeholders when he is elected, saying “B:: For The Many On The Right:
Lord, thank you for their lives, as you have assured me that they will be major stakeholders and together we shall all experience quality representation in the Senate”.

Continuing, he used the post obtained by BigPen Online from his facebook page to highlight what look like part of his manifestos of the “quality representation” he has promised when elected as senator representing the people of Delta South district.

According to him, as a senator, he would ensure that the security of oil facilities and pipelines are given to host communities, a development which he said would create job opportunities for teeming youths and gainfully employed them even as that would ensure safety of the facilities

Uduaghan also said he would ensure that all the processes causing pollution of the air, soil, and water are stopped.

Besides, he said that a legislation that would ensure that the processes of cleaning up the Delta South environment that is degraded as a result of oil activities is put in place.

This legislation, he said will ensure that there is a boost in Agriculture and our people are better engaged, and breath cleaner air”.

Specifically, he said he would ensure that companies operating within the district concede 5% ownership to the people, saying that with the fund, there will be more infrastructure, more human capital development and of course more small and medium scale industries that would over the years grow into large scale industries.

Uduaghan who has been a proponent of legalising the illegal refineries that dots nooks and crannies of the Niger Delta region, said that he would ensure a legislation that would stop the illegality and create a legal means that would create more jobs for the teeming youths.

Uduaghan also noted that as a senator, he would ensure that the non-violent phase of the Amnesty program is started, so that non-violent youths and communities benefit in the trainings and job creation programs.

He added that as a senator, he would ensure minimum of 6 monthly town hall meetings, to brief and interact with the stakeholders .
