The commission said the protest was illegal therefore the staff breach the condition of service and should explain why they partook in the disruption of the activities of the commission for two weeks.
Meanwhile, Delta state chapter of Amalgamated Union of Public Corporations, Civil Services Technical & Recreational Services Employees, AUPCTRE, DESOPADEC Branch, has countered the query slammed on the staff, insisting that there must be no victimization.
AUPCTRE, DESOPADEC branch chairman, Comrade John Osah who announced the call off of the protest and subsequently urged the workers to return to their duty post last week, however confirmed that those who partake on the protest are currently being victimized.
