BREAKING: Bauchi Governor, Bala Mohammed’s COVID-19 Result Out, Tests Positive

Bala Mohammed, Governor of Bauchi State has tested positive to Coronavirus infection.

He was tested alongside six others including his family members and aides who accompanied him to Lagos.

BIGPEN understands only his blood sample out of the 6 samples taken in Bauchi came positive as of Tuesday evening.

The governor’s Senior Special Assistant on Media, Mukhtar Gidado, confirmed this in a statement on Tuesday.

The development comes few days after he came in contact with one of the sons of former vice president, Atiku Abubakar who had tested positive to the virus.
