BREAKING: Supreme Court Upholds Fubara’s Election As Rivers Governor, Dismisses Tonye Cole’s Appeal

Despite facing troubling challenges and political opposition, the Supreme Court has affirmed Fubara Siminalayi Fubara as the elected Governor of Rivers State.

The court has rejected the appeal filed by Tonye Cole of the All Progressive Congress, ruling that it lacks merit and substance.

The five-man panel of judges, led by Justice Nwane Abaji, resolved all issues raised in the appeal against the appellant.
