The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege, against the election of Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori.

BIGPEN NIGERIA (https://bigpenngr.com) reports that the apex court ruled that the appeal lacked merit, and the appellant failed to discharge the burden of proof placed on him.

This has put to rest the legal battle against the Delta State governorship election.
