BREAKING: Gov Oborevwori Approves Dissolution Of All Boards Of State Govt Commissions, Parastatals, Agencies With Exemptions

Delta State Governor, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has approved immediate dissolution of the board of all State Government Commissions, Parastatals and Agencies.

This is contained in a statement issued by Dr Kingsley Emu on Tuesday.

“Chief Executive Officers of the affected Commissions, Parastatals and Agencies are requested to hand over to the administrative heads in their respective offices,” the statement reads.

The exempted Commissions, Parastatals and Agencies are the Civil Service Commission, Judicial Service Commission, Delta State Independent Electoral Commission and House of Assembly Service Commission.

Others are Local Government Service Commission, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Governing Councils of Educational Institutions and Delta State Board of Internal Revenue.
