The Commissioner representing Ndokwa Nation in the board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Mr. Ikechukwu Akozor, is dead.
BIGPENNGR understands Akozor reportedly died on Thursday morning in a hospital in Asaba, the state capital.
