Apparently unhappy with the dilapidated state of Obodo-Ukwu road at Okpoko in Onitsha, commercial nerve center of Anambra state, some civil society organizations in the state have conducted a mock commissioning of the road.

A twitter user, @osquare78 who posted pictures of the mock exercise Tuesday morning, apparently in solidarity with the protesters and to draw the attention of the state Governor, Chief Willie Obiano, said “Anambra indigenes commissioned an ultra modern dual carriageway constructed in their village for easy commute and safe transportation”.

Below are some of the pictures shared by the civil society groups.
