BREAKING: Gov. Bello Is Winner Of Kogi Governorship Poll – INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday declared the candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Alhaji Yahaya Bello as winner of the Kogi State governorship election held in the state last Saturday.

INEC had on Sunday night proponed the declaration of final result of the election till Monday.

In the results announced by INEC, Bello who is the incumbent Governor of the state won 12 local government councils while his closest rival, Engr. Musa Wada of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, won 9 local government councils.
