Bayelsa Governor-elect Lyon Meets Buhari At Villa

David Lyon, Governor-elect of Bayelsa State on Monday met President Muhammadu Buhari at Presidential villa, Abuja,

The new governor-elect was accompanied by the Chairman All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship campaign, Mohammed Badaru, Governor of Kebbi State Atiku Bagudu and the Minister of State for Petroleum Timipre Sylva.

National Chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole was also at the meeting.

INEC declared Lyon winner of the November 16 governorship election in the State with 352,550 as against the 143,172 votes garnered by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Douye Diri.
