Gunmen Kill Policeman, Abduct A’Court Judge In Benin

Unknown gunmen on Wednesday shot dead a police orderly to Justice Chioma Nwosu-Iheme of the Benin Court of Appeal after she was seized on her way to court.

The identity of the police officer was not immediately clear but he was identified as orderly of the judge who is Nigeria’s first female judge to study law up to the Ph.D level of the ‘Law of Intellectual Property’.
